Where To Send The Ballot Papers

Can anyone help on this.
A member has come up to me with their ballot paper but they have thrown the reply envelope away accidentally,
does anyone know how I can get hold of the address to send it on.
I know it's a Leicester address but that's it.
Any info would be appreciated!! :cfo :lfo

i know the company is POLARIS - maybe you could google address?

Ask your Branch Secretary to contact National Organising Dept at CWU HQ.

They "should" be able to provide the correct address.
