Overtime pay rate
My boss is trying pay me as basic pay rate 10.57, whereas I have for the last x years been paid 11.17. Not sure whether question it as they may look back at my previous. I have read elsewhere it is basic pay 10.57 plus d2d supp which makes 11.17 up to 40 hours and then anything above 40 hours is slightly less. Can anyone confirm?aiden01 wrote:think it is £10-87Dave19 wrote:Just wondering what the overtime pay rate is? Cheers

Overtime pay rate
Dave,
Yes, I'm on £10.57 per hour and Delivery Supplement works out at 61½p so that totals plus £11.18½ per hour.
I get nothing for Door To Doors, and don't know anybody that does.

Overtime pay rate
As you are on a 31.5 hours contract your overtime rate for the first 7.5 hours you do will be your normal hourly rate plus a pro-rata hourly amount for the delivery supplement. This amount will be the rate for the hours of overtime that take you to a total of 39 hours - meaning that you will be paid the same as a 39 hours full timer. Beyond 39 hours you get a slightly higher hourly rate but you don't get the delivery supplementDave19 wrote: My boss is trying pay me as basic pay rate 10.57, whereas I have for the last x years been paid 11.17. Overtime pay rate
Do all offices only get paid for the hours they work on there day off or do they get the full days pay ? We are the former , but heard other offices are paid for there official days hours.
