Managers sorting next to cwu rep problem

In my office a manager was sorting next to our cwu unit chairman,when questioning why he was sorting while indoor work is being absorb as well outdoor and then asking why our chairman was letting this happen,he replied he's not IR and it's an IR Issue,do we have a right to stop sorting when managers do postman work and what can I do against this spineless CWU committee member

our manger is in early most days does postmans work all the time sorting mail put track stickers on

Shame our managers don't do the delivering when they need to cover walks. Must know its hard work :D

Our manager is always segging the mail as it comes in , it's about time the union challenged these practices. As it'll protect. Postmans working hours
