pro rata pay
When paid pro rata pay that is I only have a contract for 32 hours and my household delivery supplement is also pro rata but often work my day off but I do not get paid anymore for my household supplement is that correct or should I be getting extra.

The hourly rate that you get for overtime is made up of your normal hourly rate, plus a pro rata hourly rate for the households/d2d. In your case you will get this rate for your first 7 hours of overtime. meaning that for a 39 hour week you will be paid the same total amount as a full time worker.
