I resized them John.
Yeah i've got this just aint had time to scan it in yet.
I was gonna make a post with the title '£350.00 for Xmas for a life time of s**t!!'
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been. My BFF Clash The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
Good incentive for the waverers LET ME THINK TAKE THE MONEY B4 CRIMBO AND HAVE A GOOD TIME OR THINK ABOUT IT STICK STRAIT BACK DOWN THEIR NECKS short term gain far reaching conciquences??????? not very good @ spelling READ THE BLOODY PROPOSAL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It won't change my vote, sent my ballot paper off within 2 minutes of receiving it NO, if this deal does go through the tax man is gonna love us that week, do we get our xmas bonus that week aswell?
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets
What about the missing back pay from 1st April 87
Remember the previous deal was a 2 year deal but when push came to shove RM chose to forget the 2nd year
Im outer London and earnt over £23,000 last year with a bit of OT. Flexibility will kill that OT stone dead. People ARE looking at the bigger picture on this judging by what i am hearing, alot will i think vote against the deal, but it will be close. It amazes me that no plans are in place for if/when there is a no vote.Christmas is here, prime time, lets hit the streets for a nice bit of strategic IA. And please no bollocks about public sympathy (a la Harry Bloody Potter)

There aint NO back pay its an RM, Hayes, and Ward con. The £175 is what we should have got in April-May for savings that we the posties not Ward and hayes made in 2006 and that they FAILED to secure for us on time because RM told them a pack of lies and they were too dumb to notice, the payrise is only backdated till October2007 not April 2007 as it should have been! Against that we have lost our early shift allowance of about 12 quid as soon as RM find away to CON us out of that + next year the only payrise they will get is about 1.6% if and only if we bow down to all their demands like doing OVERTIME for nothing so if they are salivating over that then they are even more stupid than i thought!

I assume you refer to the stump rooted Dutch pro rata forcing variety of carrot : admirable fly resistance but exhibit a marked tendency to wilt under stress, also susceptible to mildew and prone to scab: end result =low productivity
i think this confirms 1 thing and 1 thing only..there seriously panicking about the ballot result..how they get wind of these things is another matter..independent firm counting the votes and all that..the way forward was prob rigged so i presume there getting ready to tamper with this one..we get 300 quid and the end of overtime...wheres the nearest bridge..anyone joining me
