P/T PAY?

Post by superdazzy »

I have been asked about a query in our part timers pay, in-between 6 months and a year their wage was supposed to increase to £10.09 but they have worked it out to be only £10.04. Any ideas??

Sounds like minutiae on the face of it, but a few sums soon tell you it does matter. 30 hours a week, 52 weeks a year and that 5pence per hour equates to £78 (less tax) out of the employees pocket.

26 weeks. It goes up again at 12 months. But it's still £39.
