Why did we bother striking? isnt the deal the same as the last one? or am i not reading into it correctly?

Yes but if you fold it in a special cunning way and then play it backwards on your record player it says we made massive gains and everthing is hunky dory

Apart from my saturday which is now only 30mins later and since network deliveries remain unchanged ,still get out much later. Fine if you can cut off at the old time but that will only work if flexibility as determined by operational requirements is not applied to saturdays . Is refusing to work till 14:30 on saturday unreasonable?

The DIM at our office says later start times at our office are part of agreament not golng back to 5 am start on a saturdays . Hes not reading same agreament as we have . Typical DIM :hmmmm

Yes - you would think so wouldn't you, especially as it is supposed to be the reason the agreement was made palatable, however there are two things that scream out:

1. Local Agreement
2. The network arrival time
