not all the TSSA & RMT members want all these different tickets , bad enough when I'd to be Clerk & Chargeman at the same time . One Time it was the old pricing by mile , that was too steamage , so Selective Pricing came in , we'd too many old fashioned ideas about service so we had to have a market thrust .

Plenty of managers certainly did want "thrusting " for their hare-brained & half baked "ideas ".I was told once "The likes of you and your Union have lost a lot of revenue , if a customer asks where should I go -you do not say Blackpool , you must maximize revenue" WTF ?

Then the likes of Uncle Branson's Crimson Empire came in and tried running it like Airlines . New Lie-bour haven't done much in the way of regulation.
