If a person is on lates by default, but holds 4 SA IPS 6am-7am but can't do them anymore as they don't start til 10.30am, shouldn't they be removed from them as they can't perform them anymore ? Is this a sign of favourtism as whenever I am off they are moved to cover my duty and perform the SA.
