From Distribution:
"Gents,
As you maybe aware We had an agreement at HCN on Monday prior to the dispute on Wednesday that no CWU grade would be asked to dispatch to Luton delivery office during the dispute from HCN. On Tuesday evening the Managers reneged on this agreement and consequently the IR Framework.
This dispute through Royal Mail's liability has put the drivers at HCN in a situation not of their choosing. Royal Mail on Tuesday evening decided to pull away from the agreement We made on Monday evening and subsequently the IR Framework. If RM can pick and chose which national agreement to follow, then surely We also share the same privilege ?
My suggestion is based on strategy not just to support the Luton CWU grades currently facing a dispute We are all to familiar with in our Branch, but also offering support to the HCN drivers. My suggestion is that in both our respective divisions all revision activity is stopped until a resolution can now be found surrounding Luton and HCN".

Drivers from HCN are being asked to lose pay in support of a dispute they know noting about.
We need some facts from our reps......FAST !!!!
