Been doing afternoon collection for some time always been paid 4h15m for it as it's says on a collection duty seet. Today I've been told will be paid just for 3h15m as I can do quicker. What's the rules on this as i don't know if he can just cut this hours any time.
Thx

well you've carved the sh*t out of it, what did you expect?

As someone who works on this shift i see and hear people complain, daily, about how and why they have to wait at so and so, and if they didn't they could be done sooner and back quicker and home earlier. Well this, people, is exactly what happens when you get what you asked for.

chin up brother, there are probably more jobs out there you can butcher.
Confused... You won't be, after the next episode of. SOAP
