xmas bonus

we all know over xmas we are expected to work all hours under sun yet not all of us will get £200 bonus im a fixed 20 hour man is there anyway i and every other fixed contract man/woman that can get the full time xmas bonus or is it that we get screwed over again.dosnt seem fair we do same hours or more than full time staff yet they get paid more in bonuses

Ask to be made up temporary full-time for xmas. You should get the full bonus then.

You have the same right to finish at your contract finish time as at any other part of the year.

RM overtime is optional and is no doubt the main reason why all has gone quiet on annual leave pay not including the average amount of overtime you worked over the previous 12 weeks (for the first four weeks leave you take per year).

Pro rata is Latin for part timers being shafted . Same work should always mean same pay , the union seem to be blind to all this since forever .
