What are the chances of doing a national work to rule for part timers who constantly work full-time hours?
Can't be that hard to organise.. union?

It would be seen as unofficial industrial action by the union. Nothing from stopping this yourself though, but it will never happen.

The union should push for average pay to be paid when on holiday at least that would make pay fairer and on a par with the full timers.
