Full Time Part Time Ratio
Does anyone know if there is an agreement in place for full time/part time ratio of staff in a delivery office. Obviously we know that RM wants at least a 50/50 split in the future but have the CWU got an existing agreement that the ratio must not go below.

Not office by office but the Agenda For Growth agreement did have an aim of 75/25 Nationwide, although that may have been watered down to "predominately" full time by now.
