Hi to all, I Work for Royal mail through Angard, i am in the union, please advise, regarding The AWR, what exactly is my entitlement, apparently it is all down to the percentage of Angard that Royal mail owns, is this correct, as i have been told that Angard IS a THIRD party, thanks.

If you are AWR you have exactly the same rights as us...difference being they can stop phoning you if you demand to have the same breaks as the posties etc so be careful.
You have rights but at the same time you don't really have any rights if you know what I mean...
AWR is enforced by the EU I believe, nothing to do with RM owning Angard.
