Full Sick Pay Policy

Hi Folks does anyone have a copy of the FULL Sick Pay Policy please?
I need to know when the company starts the clock ticking on sick pay when you are absent. eg when full pay becomes half pay. I know you are entitled to six months full pay in a twelve month period, but when does the twelve month period begin?
