term time contracts

Hi. I'm hoping for some advice. I'm currently trying to get my disabled son back living with me, instead of dad, but this would mean requesting a term time contract from rm. How open would they be on this, what's other people's experiences. I'd only need the term time contract because he's at residential school during term time. Thanks

Unfortunately royal mail are only legally obliged to consider your request for term time working or flexible hours, you have no legal right to actually get them, so it's really going to come down to your relationship with your dom whether he is willing to try and work something out for you or not, he will be the one who basically has the final say or not
