How many weeks im entitled too book during summer time as in my office they do on seniority basis and people at the bottom hardly get anything especially in summer holidays

For leave selection its against the law and agreements to use seniority as the sole decider of holidays. Raise a grievance, you won't be popular but it is the only way it will be sorted.

The original question. Which you have changed by the looks of it, you are not entitled to a set amount of weeks during set periods of time, at least not beyond you contractural/statutory leave during a leave year.
