I have recently been suffering from a nasty chest infection. Tried to return to work and had to go off again. This made a total of 14 days and has therefore triggered an absence review. Which was meant to happen this morning, but didn't.
I'm still struggling to breath when on delivery and managers refuse to offer me any help. If I was to take more time off to fully recover, would the extra absence go towards a stage 2 absence, or still towards a stage 1 as technically I've not received any stage warning yet.
