Overtime & Duties

Hello ,Just a question on overtime limits in a working week,our office is 48hrs a week over 6 days what is the max overtime that can be worked?We have been told 70 hrs max overtime

I believe but may be corrected but the 70 hours maximum is a 13 week average so you week off should reduce it, are you being pressurised to do extra hours?

Plenty of people work their rest week

48 hours is max unless you sign an opt-out form.

70 hours is RM's rule.

Is this averaged or a weekly limit?
There's a different figure from the way forward agreement which is a net average (excluding meal reliefs) but some offices seem to be using the 70 hour gross hour PSP alert as a binding limit.

Would really like some clarification on this as there is a lot of confusion and further confusion regarding EU laws heh

What is the issue are you being stopped from doing more overtime or being pressured to work more?
