If your a part timer who purchases extra leave giving you 30 days and your attendance is changed to 3 days a week. Does this mean effectively you can book 10 weeks holiday a year

10 weeks leave?
On a 3-day week, the basic entitlement is 13.5 days (4.5 weeks for those that have worked for RM for less than 5 years), POAL allows you to boost that to 18 days (6 weeks) just like a 5-day full timer.
