Get your rep on i. Just ensure you stick to the cutting off procedure or a little Hitler may see fit to bully, harass and victimise you. Me, I would start my walk each day with the loop that is due to have D2D delivered, work until my time then return with whatever is left and let the overpaid bellend worry about getting it delivered.

agree we also have phg who is worse than him with his sly remarks all the time don't know what powers phg have but he always has something to say mainly that it's a young mans job nowadays and if you can't stand the heat etc! Have complained about him before but dom is his mate so goes no further we don't have rep but I am in union and follow procedure which winds him up! But he is claiming we should be able to do our walks easily and we are obviously going slow so I have had enough now and am cutting off which is why he says disciplinary , problem is nearly everyone else are in early unpaid so the can finish on time! Can't understand it why are they doing this.Sir Henry wrote:Get your rep on i. Just ensure you stick to the cutting off procedure or a little Hitler may see fit to bully, harass and victimise you. streaming mail is forbidden so you can't just leave the d2d or cut off, you do everything for a to r then cut off everything from s to z, let dom worry about how s to z gets delivered don't leave anything in as it's forbidden

You do d2d's on Friday and Saturday? Why? Do them in rows. Only 4 days of d2d's then.

I do them in columns - it spreads the weight and call rate over the whole delivery and week, whereas rows would concentrate it on certain loops

Re: D2d Christmas week
You're floater is wrong there's 4 days to do the d2ds so that means each day 25% should be done, BTW I've got 2 this week on a 6 column fitting i put 2days in today, I'll do 2 tomorrow and 2 on weds just deliver where I'm going and finish stragglers off Thurs.

Your floater needs to do 25%, you do the rest, if there's any left your floater is causing willfull delay.

Re: D2d Christmas week
Your cover is responsible for 25% of the D2D this week, if that they feel that will take them past their contracted finish time, they can follow the overrunning procedure with lino.
