Bank Holiday entitlement for part timers

Having problems getting this in my depot the Dom is saying that if you worked one day less the week with a bank holiday in it you are not entitled to any.
In my contract it clearly states I am entitled to bank holiday leave on a pro rata basis if I work my hours that week and if it is not possible to take it that week you can take it at another time
There are a lot of part time staff in my depot and i seem to be the only one to raise this
Can anyone help ?

Thank you I did look but obviously not hard enough!
