Advice please re working in a different office

Advice please,
I normally work on Lates on Collections, approx 3 months ago I hurt my back at home and went sick. I kept my DOM updated and spoke to Occupational Health and it was agreed I would return to work starting with 4 hours each day increasing by an hour each week, for a period of 5 weeks. My OH report stressed I was unable to drive more than 15 minutes in an automatic car, my first week I was picked up and taken home by RM. This week I have been driving my wife's automatic car to work. The past 2 weeks I have been inputting details of packets not delivered for the callers office and throwing up door to doors.
From Monday my hours increase to 6 hours, this afternoon my DOM said he wants me to work at another office which is approx 30 mins away from home and 25 from my normal place of work. Leading up to Christmas these journey times will only increase.
I have said I think the travelling time would be an issue and exceberate my back injury.
The DOM has told me to try and drive there and let him know if there are any problems. No offer has been made to drive me there and back or any mention of travelling expenses etc. My car insurance only covers me for travel to and from my normal place of work.
I don't want to be had over by my DOM or taken advantage of, what can I request, advice please.

Its clear not only would it have a negative effect on your health but you are not insured to do the drive, it sounds like a trivial matter but you are in effect being asked to commit a criminal offence! also driving with a health condition that could impact you ability to safely control the vehicle would invalidate your insurance and may well be a separate offence.

Best bet would be to tell you manager that you would be more than happy to work at the other office and you will be at your regular office and your usual start time on that day ready to be driven to the alternative location, and that you will of course require transport back to finish at your home office at your appointed finnsh time.
