How was a resign done in your office?

Good afternoon,

Quick question for everybody, how have resigns been conducted in your office?

Where I work it's all kicked off as a deputy rep has found out that branch have been doing resigns not by an agreement and haven't given people the chance who's jobs haven't changed to stay on them like appranlty an agreement says?
I'm not sure what agreement it is but just wondering have other offices had this happen? I have to say the sub rep did very well this week and gave a quick talk to union members updating them and got a massive cheer and clap for actually telling people what's going on.

Thanks now I know why the sub rep is trying to help members.

Still be intresting how other offices have done a resign recently?
