Sorry if this has been answered before but I can't seem to find it.
My question/problem is this.
The new Dom is trying to increase lapsing hours by not paying ot on a collection that takes the mail to the mail centre. She wants to move the 5 posties doing collections finishing time from 18:00 to 17:30 4 days a week and increase it on one day from 18:00 to 19:30 to run the mail to mail centre on rotation. We have already undergone the collection strategy changes. Is she able to move their finish times like this?
Cheers in advance

Yes but she must give you notice, you can fight it, if you are not happy about the change get your rep to put a stage 1 disagreement over the issue and insist on the status quo until the full ir process has been followed

Thanks, not what I really wanted to hear but thanks for the reply
Out unit rep is off for 2weeks a/l and I think she is trying to get this through now without him in the unit. Can our area rep put the disagreement on instead.
Is there anyother way around stoping this change in working hours of attendance?

area rep can do it also, not really any way other way to stop it, she is not breaking any laws etc and as long as proper notice given can change itdan80 wrote:Thanks, not what I really wanted to hear but thanks for the reply
