How long can Royal Mail leave it before they conduct you. I was suspended a few weeks ago and I've been back around 4 weeks now and I've still not been dealt with. Surely they only have so long after the incident?

It needs to be a reasonable timescale, no set time so they could still be gathering info on the case, if they are 4 weeks is not really unreasonable, if it goes over 3 months then yes that could be seen as unreasonable
