hi i was suspended 2 weeks ago i had a fact finding interview last thursday and got a letter on saturday telling me im still suspended till thursday so what happens after thursday do i go back to work or wait as i have been told im not aloud to contact any one so im a bit confused

Wait for them to call inform you. This Thursday is another review date not an end date, they have to set review dates and keep you informed.

There should also be a contact number for both management and the Union (if you are a member) so that you can call with any questions even if you are not allowed to contact other colleagues.

It is supposed to be reviewed after 48 hours and then on a weekly basis thereafter. You are allowed to contact your manager and union rep.
