Don't feel pressured into anything,you have one priority.... You.
Call HELP etc or ask gp for a referral to counselling etc
I was diagnosed with a metal health disorder and my Dom was trying to add to the pressure....i ended up emailing just say it to take the pressure off.
Don't be shy in asking for help if u feel u need it.
