I think we all have to be sensible now and take stock of what the deal is,5.4% pay increase,£175 lump sum now ,only half hour on flexibility instead of the outragious 2 hours that rm wanted.Summer staffing only to go ahead if agreed thru union rep in local offices not executive action.door to door agreement and pensions still to be negotiated separately.7 hours on tuesday for 9 on fridays isnt that bad is it

if the d2d payment was lost it would have cancelled out the rise

D2D is a moajor issue, should have been sorted now, not later.

if d2d payment goes that is me taking a hit for over 1200quid a year and that is only 3 .
Now if they want me to be doing 6 a first mentioned by RM then they had better find me the prep time for them and also sort out the length of my walk.

And no way will i accept zero payment for all and i will not accept payment for only 3 and give RM 2 for nothing .

if they want me to deliver them then its all or nothing .
