Hello ,just a question about outstanding holiday pay,recently took IHR but have still got outstanding leave. The DIM told me they would pay me after IHR had been payed as it was a separate issue,this so far has not happened,have I been s**t on again,

Phone hr and tell them u had outstanding leave and hopefully ur Dom has a written record of what u had left if not u may have lost them, sorry

Don't forget though that if you IHR'd this year you won't have got the full entitlement. Only a pro rata amount dependant on when you left. For instance if you were entitled to the full 6 weeks leave that works out at 1 week earned for every 2 months of employment. So best case if you retired today you would only have a 1 week entitlement.
