Hi can someone please tell me if permanent 39hr reserves can sign for SA's.....

Yes sa is not reserved for anyone, only factor would be signing for a sa which conflicted with your contracted attendance times then you wouldn't be able to do it unless you got your hours changed to fit

I am told as a reserve my hours can be any times as long as I am given good notice......even though my contracted hrs are between 6am - 2pm...

Scheduled attendance overtime is reserved for a little cabal of halfwits who will do anything to prevent an outsider from joining and taking away any of their overtime.
