Any rep know if there are any nationally agreed performance standards for running a CSS machine and achieving so many batches done in 20 mins.
Have been quoted a figure of 12 batches in this time.
Am aware of the automation and deployment agreement but it only states about competence to perform as an operator not on a specific rate .
any advice if possible

The only sort of performance measure that i'm aware of is OEE, think the target for that is somewhere between 60 and 70%

Answer to your question as i understand as long as it's met dispatch times for the DO,s and it's out the building there's no such thing as OEE. That's how it works in Nottingham Mail Centre.
