Times of attendance change
Can someone please point me in the direction of how much notice management have to give people to change there attendance times. Ive had a duty changed by 1 hour 20 mins on a saturday and been given just over 2 weeks notice of the exact change, management did mention there would be a change of attendance times 3 weeks ago but didn't say the exact times.

Actually no laws on it. So technically none, usual practice is 28 days notice. Why is it you don't want to change and have you considered getting the union to put in a disagreement over the change?

yhey can change duty times or job times but not your attendance times unless you agree to them zx not quite up to it yet

They(Royal Mail) can do what they want if they give 28 days notice,it's called Executive Action.They don't even have to give 28 days notice if they wanted to be nastier.
To be fair as a rule,it's their ball so they can play whatever game they wanna play with it.
We've got uncle Bob's copy/paste armour and if your balls are big enough a walk out.
