Criteria for re-sign

What's the criteria to trigger a re-sign? Had a revision but no input from staff whatsoever, union and planner tinkered around with start finish times and stuck collections on our duties Should be fun!

But back to original question, does the realignment of hours however slight trigger a re-sign?

I was under the impression that if all the walks had there times changed by couple of minutes per day, then that would trigger a re-sign ?

A resign is triggered when 1/3 rd of the duties in your unit has been effected by major change or a business driven change

Any idea what business drive change means, could cover a lot of bases that one...

Ok, Hold on to your hat.

Office just had a revision on the back of new management team (dom,Lino) and union pressure, we like many others are struggling on a daily basis and in fairness some more than others.

This has come to fruition now and weve been given 2 choices and one of them isn't 'neither'. None of the walks have had anything taken off and most are having collections built in and mandatory use of trollies (about time with the trollies) and to facilitate this new way of working they've shuffled the hours some thing like this.

Monday + 15mins
Tuesday 20 mins from start moved to end. +0
Weds start 6 mins later +6
Thurs start 6 mins later +6
Friday start 6 mins later finish 10 mins earlier
Saturday....... finish 33 mins later (wtf the one day we complete 95% of the year)

Add to that a couple of evr's, I tried to get current and post revision ft and pt figures but Dom didn't know, planner been locked away for months and we only met him last week.

Our office is losing 3 duties which are to be added onto the ones left behind, and collections adding on plus hours have been changed so I'm guessing despite the Dom saying there won't be a repick we could get our rep to push for one?

we've had 4 since 2010.....our newest was implemented on 2nd march. but is due to be reviewed in 6 months. they'll change it again if it doesn't suit them.
