We had Billy Hayes visit Bristol Mail centre today and the same happened - a bloke took lots of photographs. Bristol branch favour Hayes, on the wall a poster says Dave Ward gave PEC members a 40% pay rise to £38000/year, without consulting anyone else. Also says Ward has told London branches not to vote for Bristol candidates to the PEC, which is Dave Wilshire. Not sure how much of this is true, looks like a big internal fight where for the rest of us the truth will never be known. Ward did get a good agreement after 2009 but to start with he didn't want to know.
