Sick stage clarification

Quite simple.....put on a review 1 last December 2014 and had one absense since consisting of 2 days. I know it won't trigger a review 2, however my question is when the 6 month is up from the date of review 1 will I revert to a clear record or will it stay at a stage 1?

assuming you don't go sick you're record will be clear, or at least it should be. double check with HR when the date comes round or keep asking your manager for written confirmation firstly verbally then in writting cc in your rep and DOM then area rep and DSM, keep doing it every week.
Don't forget they hate letters as much as you do.
