There should just be one seniority list and puck from there

All duties should have same outdoor span thus enabling anyone to do them. The indoor element is the part that should then be arranged to allow part timers etc to cover float and reserve duties etc

I've been offered vr but now been informed I will need an operation before my finishing date and it's a 6 month recovery at least will this invalidate my vr
