There is a pattern though isn't there.

Leadership/PM - No vote just a crown

General Election - Bottled it.

Royal Mail - The bosses know best stuff the workers.

Europe - No need for a referendum the plebs wont understand it anyway.

Gordon Brown more like Emperor Brown the Unvoted

I believe that voteing in any election is not only my right but an obligation I owe to all the Lads that have defended that right .
But for the first time in my life I have no idea who I would vote for if there was an election tommorow, thank god that Gordo his Milk snatcher friends and New Labours days are Numbered, Lets all hope that some one in the Labour Party remembers what Labour stands for so he or she can pick up the pieces.
Though I'm not to hard the sight of my card makes me some kinda Superman.

OI! I happen to know some ladies of easy virtue ( as friends, not as client / service provider ) and they do it because they have to, to keep a roof over their head & food in their kid's bellies & they are a damn sight more moral than any politician I've seen or heard recently ( Tony Benn excepted ). I'd trust any of them or their mates with my money, property, etc on any day of the week - I wouldn't with any politician grubbing for my vote.

So maybe GB the politician has the morals of a politician.

Gordon Brown is a good ACCOUNTANT. He's good at balancing the books. He did it as Chancellor. But he is not creative and has no clear vision for Britain's future. He'll be relying on policy advisors and will be easily influenced by those around him. He'll be a political chameleon. So the way to get what we want from him will be to create a very large, united multi-union, public service-orientated pressure group.

I have to disagree with you - he is good the cooking to books well enough to have got him and TCB elected 3 times, and within a few years, no doubt, the birds will be home to roost - he'll be long gone & we'll be left to pick up the tab. :arrrghhh

Brown is just following the same course that all labour prime ministers have taken when in power. The workers may have founded the labour party but don't think for one moment that the workers will benefit from this party.
Since labour is no longer the party of the workers, how about voting for a communist party?
Can't do any harm due to the fact more communist MPs in this country's history have gone to prison defending workers rights than any other party. Also there would be no privatisation of the public services, as for costs those services privatised have had more tax payer money than when they were publicly owned. Think about it!
Either we form a workers party or we will all soon be working for Crozier delivery services or Leighton Transport.
If this desends into a debate about history the message has been lost!

But there is a saying "If you fail to learn from History, you are destined to repeat the same mistakes".

I agree we need a Communist/Socialist workers party and if the left could get over their infighting and their own dogmatic approach to certain issues they could become a strong force in British politics.
