bonus scheme

does anyone know of a bonus for royal mail employees in june of this year as part of a bonus scheme .as the union were proposing an incentive scheme i think from april 2014 any news thanks

I haven't heard anything Slinder, but I wouldn't worry about it if I was you. I work for the wage, don't worry about tips or bonuses. It's going to be out of your control....would be different if it was an attendance allowance or something based on personal performance but it'll be office based so it doesn't matter how "Good" an individual is. It'll be based on "TEAM WORK" which is a concept unknown within Royal Mail!

bonuses tend to work like this we havent reached our targets so we get diddly squat but somehow the managers hit all theirs and get a nice juicy bonus

it will be based on rm,s profit this year what there target is only the cwu hierarchy know as they are not allowed to tell us incase share price falls and I think the ltb said posties will share whatever said profit is above their targert. or above a certain amount wil be split between rm and posties. ps I,m sure somebody will post the ltb. and if we are due any money it will be paid in june 2015
