1,late start late finish,great idea ,saves the company money,u get a lie in,keeps u out of the pub,no more wasting money on football matches,family friendly policies? dont be silly get someone else to pick kids up from school ,you can work part time if thats your problem,or buy down your hours we cant say fairer than that,

2,job and finish, simple really ,we decide what your job is and when u finish,

3,mtsf,easy,manage the the stupid framework,we make you surplus raid the pension fund to pay you off,and the rest absorb your work, and our old friend gordon brown taxes the surplus on their pension,those that are left absorb the work therefore improving efficiancy,and keeping themselves lean and fit,have u seen those obesity surveys . disgusting, everyones a winner.

4,summer lapsing. you cover sick leave,maternity leave,and annual leave,by absorbing extra workload,the company saves a fortune,i get a massive bonus, and when the sick and annual leavers return you can have your leave,luvvly jubbly,

5,pension reform, work till ur 65,everyone knows when you reach pensionable age,our people struggle to find things to fill there day,saves the company money , problem sorted,

6, flexability, we want to keep you off the streets, out of the pub,spending your hard earned on family outings, no better to sit by the phone and wait and see if we need you in early or not,saves us both money,

as dear old maggie would say moaning minnies, we know whats best for u , gordons with us gave us lots of money to shut mail centres and sub offices, and those nasty boys and girls at cwu headquarters want to stop us, shame on them , and they give money to help gordon get re elected,shameful behaviour, trust us not them, its not easy being a captain of industry these days, and the wages ? have you seen the price of yaughts lately? got to go speak again later off to holland wi postcomm,never get a minute in this job,luv adam
