This morning at are office the i.b along with the police, last week we started ten casuals on the night shift,think but not sure they were all polish today they have all gone, 3 of them in the back of police vehicles they were hired to simply stop the o.t. in the office, another inspired bit of management :left: :left: :left:

As I pointed out to the acting DOM in my office yesterday, seem to be quite a few 'damaged' birthday cards coming through the system recently...they'll hire anyone to clear the backlogand yet it's us delivery posties that the public immediately suspect.
I can see another damning Dispatches programme on the horizon...
