If you are full time and get 22.5 days basic holiday, you should be able to get 1 bank holiday credit if you were sick over Xmas day, Boxing day and New Years Day (and you have not been sick on any other bank hols this financial year). If you are in Scotland and had Jan 2nd sick too, you should be able to claim 2 credits back.

Why? Because a full time worker in the UK is entitled to 28 days paid leave (that cannot be rounded down) which can include bank holidays, which means six paid holiday days for a full time OPG have to come from bank holidays.
