Do you mean "Is it compulsory to have them"

Or " Is it compulsory for you to attend one that is in progress"
We wish to serve - but we will not be servile

Supposed to be a national standard of 30mins per week, typically incorporated into Tuesday's 318, typically the lightest day of the week.

Good luck getting any more than a few per year, because too many walks have unachievable workloads if you do things properly, if you get WTLL there is a very high probability of needing to claim overtime and/or cut off delivery.

we havent had a wtl for months because people asked questions and the meeting dragged on so people then refused to do the inevitable collapsing. the line managers just gather people together round the frames for a few minutes and thats it.

If your screws call a meeting (or WTL) and asks you to be there...you be there.

Sadly I have to say I know of someone who refused to attend and was sacked.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

You can also turn it around, while I think during xmas they are cancelled (we don't have them full stop) you can demand to have them.
Don't forget you're all (most of you) shareholders, you also want/need to know what is happening in the business, plus it's alway fun to ask the scortes questions they have to get the answers from elsewhere.
