Well I would say not and I'd consider being employed a bonus and work overtime to catch up :cuppa Did you get paid whilst on the suspension?

when you are precautionary suspended you are suspended on full pay ( Basic) failing to give full pay would have been prejudicial to your case. Having been precautionary suspended for a period of 4.5 months and the result of the investigation has resulted in no disciplinary action then you could then argue that the period of suspension was unfounded and resulted in you being unable to fulfil your signed contract under the scheduled attendance agreement through no fault of your own.
You need to contact your union rep and raise this matter with regards to your drop in wages which could be interpreted as a form of punishment.
