Deputy managers question

Post by makingsounds »

When an OPG decides to go into management, how long after they've gone does their duty become vacant? Is there a timescale to allow someone to sign for the duty....3 months/6 months/a year? Any info would be helpful....

As long as he is only an acting manager then he picks a duty in seniority like anyone else and that duty is held open ad infinitum until he is appointed as a real manager - I know that's an anomaly :chuckle
