Does anyone have any knowledge/experience of it?

Is it just for the member as a single will or can they do joint wills?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know about joint wills, I did a single Will. It was quite straightforward. I rang the CWU Legal Department. They sent me an information pack with draft Will and instructions. I filled in will and sent it to the CWU Probate lawyer at Simpson Millars office in Leeds.
They will get it typed up and send it back to you for signing (with two witnesses). Then you send it back to them for legal bits. They can keep original if you want them to, or you can keep it.
If you ring the CWU Legal Department I expect they can tell you if Simpson Millar will do the joint wills.

I got a single for myself...very easy..they called me back to confirm and adjust details after I submitted.
