im in a dispute over my contract with royal mail right now. grievance has got me nowhere so ive started the early councilliation with acas. ive been advised this cannot go to an employment tribunal as im still in employment with them but she said maybe it can be a civil court matter. is there a number for the union to advise me on this. im on holiday right now so cant ask my rep

Have you taken it to all stages within the grievance procedure ?

I put my grievance in over 2 months ago now. ive not heard anything. so I decided to get the ball rolling abit faster. I cant sit waiting to go through all thestages otherwise im gonna be 100 years old

How do you manage to do your walk Raikky at 98 years of age. Grievance normally takes about two years with Royal Mail.

Not knowing the full details it's difficult to advise but still being employed is not normally a barrier to lodging an Employment Tribunal claim, Also beware the time bar.

If your grivance is discrimination or unfair deductions from wages you can still go tribunal

You haven't given the exact details but it is possible to go to a Tribunal claiming unfair dismissal from your contract while still at work but this may not apply in your case.
