Stopping wages

Been of sick now for the 3rd time due to injurys from a car accident. have had 2 failed rehab plans and have triggered a stage 2 warning . was last at work just over 2 weeks ago, iv been assessed by the FRP who gave me a back to work plan and iv to go on a course 1 day a week for 6 weeks or so, was due back to start my plan on wednesday, but iv made no progress since i was last at work so went to see my doc issued me with another sick note, went to the course as agreed but got told if im still on the sick i have to rearrange the dates untill i return to work which is fair enough, as the rehab plan runs with the course. wednesday afternoon the boss rings me and says since i haven't returned to work on the rehab plan im being uncooprative, says the FRP says im fit for work even tho my doc say im not. so since ive been uncooprative and if i don't return to work he says he will stop my pay, he says i have to make another appointment to the doc and show him the rehab plan and see what they think, even tho i told the doctor all about it on monday, boss says i need some other medical reason for being off,

don't want to go back unfit incase a week or so down the line im back on the sick and ill trigger a stage 3


Is a doctors sicknote not proof enough that im not fit for work, does a docs sicknote supersede the FRP, ???

Can he stop my pay ??

Respectfully point out to your boss RM sick pay policy and the conditions under which payment is made.
Payment is withdrawn if the employee neglects their doctors instructions so by deducting payment of your wages for abiding by your doctors certificate your boss is in fact breaching their own policy conditions.
