Can anyone tell me or show me the agreement to allocate SA,s. Do all the senior staff get 12hrs and then whats left is allocated in seniority basis or Is there a fair allocation of SA,s and a defined process to follow.
Thanks In advance

Re: SA Allocation
down here, s/a's go up for pick yearly, picked individually, ie one day. it then goes on your aggregate. so if the most senior man has 2 hours and then picks another s/a with a junior man who has nil s/a, the junior man gets it.
